Return & Refund Policy

Application for Returns / Refunds

To be eligible for returns and refunds, you should report your case within 24 hours upon delivery of your items and is subjected to a mandatory review and investigation process by our Customer Support team. When filing your report, kindly provide us with your order number, several pictures of the wrong item, and reasons on why are you requesting for a return or refund.

In all other cases, it is the responsibility of the recipient to return the wrong item to us in its original form to our company.

Liability of Return Shipping Fee

i) In the scenario of an unforeseen error (i.e – damaged, stained or wrong Item(s) delivered to the buyer), our company will bear buyer’s return shipping fee. iii) In the scenario where the Buyer requests additional item(s) (not included in original order), the Buyer will have to bear the shipping at full expense.

Communication Between Our Company and Buyer

We encourage Buyers to communicate with our company’s representatives in the event where problem arises in a transaction or during production / delivery process.
